Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill Transformation
A Fresh New Look for Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill – And We’re Impressed!
Our CBT team members Rachel and Brooke recently had the opportunity to explore the newly transformed Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill, and they returned with glowing reviews!
Following an extensive refurbishment, the hotel has unveiled a fresh new look, combining contemporary comfort with the charm and character of its Spring Hill location.
Refreshed Rooms and Impressive Event Spaces
During their visit, Rach and Brooke toured a selection of the hotel’s accommodation options, including the Superior King Room, Junior Suite and Deluxe Double Room.
The team also explored the impressive Level 10 function and event spaces, offering opportunities for corporate meetings, group gatherings and special events.
Introducing Parklands Social, NY Deli & Grill
A highlight of the hotel’s transformation is the launch of Parklands Social, NY Deli & Grill, a new restaurant and bar inspired by the golden age of New York’s social clubs.
Designed as a welcoming space to connect, dine and unwind, Parklands Social adds another exciting dimension to the guest experience, from breakfast and business lunches through to evening drinks and dinner.
A Great Location for Business and Leisure
Situated in the leafy suburb of Spring Hill, just moments from Brisbane’s CBD and the beautiful Roma Street Parkland, Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill offers a convenient base for corporate travellers and leisure guests alike.
With refreshed accommodation, versatile event spaces and new dining experiences, the hotel is certainly one to consider for your next Brisbane stay, meeting or event.
A big thank you to Melanie Whittaker and the Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill team for welcoming Rach and Brooke and showcasing the property’s transformation.
At CBT, we love discovering and experiencing properties firsthand so we can confidently recommend the right accommodation and experiences to our clients.
