Singapore Airlines brings Premium Economy back to Brisbane
Brisbane travellers will soon have another way to fly to Singapore, with Singapore Airlines set to reintroduce Premium Economy on its Brisbane–Singapore route from November 2026.
From 1 November 2026, Singapore Airlines will operate its SQ265/SQ266 service using a long-haul Airbus A350-900, introducing Premium Economy alongside Business and Economy cabins.
The aircraft will feature 42 Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy seats and 187 Economy Class seats, giving Queensland travellers more choice when flying between Brisbane and Singapore.
The change comes as Singapore Airlines continues to offer four daily services between Brisbane and Singapore, providing strong connectivity through Changi Airport and onwards to destinations across Asia, Europe and beyond.
For Brisbane travellers, the return of Premium Economy provides a welcome middle ground between Economy and Business Class, particularly for those connecting through Singapore for longer international journeys.
Singapore Airlines’ Premium Economy experience includes wider seating and an enhanced dining offering, with the airline promoting additional meal and beverage choices for passengers travelling in the cabin.
