New Flexible Flying Options with Virgin Australia

Virgin Australia has introduced enhanced same-day travel flexibility, offering greater convenience and control for travellers when plans change, via their App.

Eligible guests may now access the following options:

• Fly Ahead
  Platinum members (excluding Lite fares) and Gold members on Business and Economy Flex fares can move to an earlier flight on the day of travel, subject to availability.
• Fly Later
  Platinum Plus members have the ability to switch to a later flight, providing additional flexibility for changing schedules.
• Fly Earlier (Operational Offering)
  During periods of high demand or congestion, Virgin Australia may proactively offer customers the option to depart earlier via app notification.
  This option is available to all guests but is driven by airline operational requirements rather than customer request.
