CBT recently travelled to the United States as part of Rugby League Las Vegas 2026, delivering a large-scale, end-to-end experience for our corporate partners, clients, and supporters.
The program brought together sport, innovation, and connection, highlighted by premium match-day experiences at Allegiant Stadium, where guests supported the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys in Round 1 action in Las Vegas.
Exclusive Cowboys Event at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas
A standout moment of the trip was the delivery of an exclusive North Queensland Toyota Cowboys event at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. This three-hour function welcomed more than 300 guests for a truly unique fan experience, with the venue brought to life in Cowboys colours, fan activations, photo opportunities, and an electric atmosphere.
The event was hosted by Queensland and Cowboys legend Gavin Cooper, alongside fellow greats Matt Scott and Michael Morgan. Guests also enjoyed a special appearance from current Cowboys players Tom Dearden (Co-Captain) and Jaxon Purdue, who shared insights ahead of their match.

Las Vegas Experiences
Beyond the stadium and fan events, guests experienced the very best of Las Vegas, including Fremont Street, Topgolf, The Sphere, and a range of curated functions and activities.
Following the Cowboys event, guests travelled to the NRL Fan Fest on Fremont Street, with all logistics, transfers, and event delivery managed seamlessly by the CBT team.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG with BMD Group
CBT also delivered a tailored program for more than 30 BMD Group staff in Las Vegas, combining sport, innovation, and industry engagement.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG, one of the world’s largest construction and infrastructure trade shows, brought together cutting-edge technology, industry insights, and networking opportunities.
CBT managed every detail of the program, including international flights with American Airlines, United Airlines, and Air Canada, accommodation at New York-New York Hotel & Casino, ground transfers, and full on-the-ground coordination.
