CBT celebrates two finalists in the 2026 BMD Dare Awards

Held annually in July to coincide with BMD’s anniversary, the Dare Awards celebrate the people and teams who embody the organisation’s values of Family, Empowerment, Collaboration and Driven. This year’s celebrations brought together more than 1,700 team members across 10 locations throughout Australia and the Philippines, recognising 16 winners and more than 130 finalists.

CBT is proud to celebrate two outstanding team members who have been recognised as finalists in the 2026 BMD Dare Awards:

Group Driven Award Finalist

Kristin Panchetti – General Manager

Kristin has been recognised as a finalist in the Group Driven Award, celebrating her leadership, commitment and passion for driving positive outcomes across the business.

Group Family Award Finalist

Danielle Hosking – Leisure Manager

Danielle has been recognised as a finalist in the Group Family Award, acknowledging the care, support and collaborative spirit she brings to both her colleagues and clients every day.
