I’ve been working in the travel industry for about three years now, and during that time I’ve developed a passion for coordinating group, event, and sports travel. For the past two years I’ve been part of the CBT team, where I get to combine my love of organisation with creating smooth and memorable travel experiences for our clients.

I’m at my best when I’m managing large groups or complex events — I genuinely enjoy pulling all the moving pieces together and making sure everything runs seamlessly. Some highlights so far have been coordinating group trips to Vegas for the NRL Round 1 matches, as well as being involved in the Broncos’ 2025 Finals travel experiences.

Greece is still high on my travel bucket list, but my favourite go-to destination will always be Agnes Waters. It’s somewhere my whole family loves, and it never fails to help me switch off and recharge.

I’m passionate about creating smooth, stress-free travel experiences and being someone clients can rely on to make their travel plans easy and enjoyable.

She loves creating tailor‑made journeys and sharing the insider knowledge she’s gained from years of exploring and discovering those special “hidden gems” that elevate every itinerary.

She has an extensive 45-year background in dance, combining creativity with precision and attention to detail. Hayley’s passion for travel has grown through personal travel experience as well as curating two successful dance tours to the United States, and the development of itineraries for multiple tours across Australia. She is excited to bring her unique blend of business experience, artistic background, and love of travel to her role as a part of the CBT team.
